Welcome to my blog!

It's funny how when I'm about to fall asleep I can think of lots of witty and important things to write about myself in these spaces. But, of course, right now all I can think about is getting another cup of coffee.

My old blog still lives here but this one is much prettier, so you might as well just hang out here.

I will continue to update, rebuild some of my favorite old posts, and provide ongoing information about Judy Beedle Photography both for potential clients and tid bits I like to share with other photogs. At times my posts are about business that comes my way, other times I share random snippets of my life and opinions, adventures, and mishaps. I am a work-in-progress, hopefully you are cool with that.

What can I tell you about myself in the meantime? I have a photography degree from Ithaca College, attended Salt Center for Documentary Field Studies and the Maine Media Workshops. My work has been shown in various parts of the country, published in different publications. I make my living as a photographer, and I make a LIFE by surrounding myself with love, laughter, creativity, good books, yummy food, and really great people. Perhaps you do as well.

Now, let's grab that cup of coffee and connect over the power of images. Or perhaps it's time to get back to work because your boss is peaking over your shoulder. Either way, I hope you enjoy and come back often!
